What to include

Describe the issue, the listing URL and the approximate time it occurred. For account issues, use the email associated with your account. Never include passwords, payment-card details or one-time codes.

Seller questions

Availability, specifications, delivery and returns should be discussed with the listing seller. Asli support cannot confirm an independent seller’s stock or promise a return on their behalf.

Response expectations

Response times depend on the request. Asli does not promise round-the-clock assistance or a fixed response time. For immediate threats or suspected crime, contact the appropriate local authority.
