1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.


2. Items Not Eligible for Returns

Certain products are not eligible for returns due to their nature, including but not limited to:

Perishable items like food and beverages.

Personal hygiene products such as cosmetics, undergarments, and socks (if used).

Digital goods, e-vouchers, or software products.

Customized or personalized items.


3. Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

2. Approval: Our team will review your request and approve eligible returns.

3. Return Pickup: For applicable locations, we’ll arrange a pickup. Otherwise, you may ship the product to our designated address.

4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to verify the claim.


4. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, you may choose from the following refund options:

Store Credit: A credit for the value of your purchase that you can use for future shopping.

Original Payment Method: Refund to your original payment method, which may take 5-10 business days to process.


5. Exchange Policy

You can request a product exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability. The exchanged product will be shipped once the returned product has been inspected and approved.


6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For other return reasons, customers will bear the return shipping costs.


7. Important Notes

Refunds and exchanges are subject to the condition of the returned product.

Asli.pk reserves the right to reject any return request if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria.

Please ensure you retain proof of purchase and shipment for a smooth return process.
